Web service is unable to deploy and this step fails on timeout (10m). The last message in the log is “Network configuration propagated”
I checked and saw that it is now up and running.

yes, but it required me to re-run the Deployment step like 5 times, and together with the 10-minute timeout it took an hour to deploy something that should take minutes. I’ve also had this issue before (a few days ago), but hoped that it’s a known issue and it will be fixed without a need to create a ticket, but it seems like it wasn’t reported before
