I had a web service up and running for a month. Made few changes, then new deployment didn’t work. Deleted the web service and recreated and still got the same error. I thought something is wrong (though works perfectly fine on two local dev), deleted the app and went to basic app.
The deployment of this simple app itself is giving the same error.
Can someone from Koyeb check below error?

sorry for a late answer. I’m not sure why it happend for a given deployment. The only thing I see in the logs is that health check failed. It could be caused by our internal issue. Is it still happening?
