Cannot deploy after code changes

Hi, I am having issues with the deployment.

After the build had been completed successfully, it will be error at deployment.

Instance created. Preparing to start…
Instance is starting. Propagating network configuration…
Network configuration propagated
Instance is stopping
Instance stopped

Is there any issues with the deployment service? I kept facing this from time to time since yesterday. A few times I had to delete the entire app and set up again to be able to get the imstance to run.

Yes, I thought it was only me until I saw another user posted. It just start and stop without any errors in between.

I am on free tier, so I could not start another service to see if it provisions well.

As I typed, I redeploy to the Frankfurt site. It seemed to work for me now. Possibly a number of unresponsive infra.
