Everyone on the Starter plan now has access to our larger managed Postgres instances with up to 4GB of RAM! They are available in Frankfurt, Singapore, and Washington, D.C.

In late December, we announced the Serverless Postgres Pricing which allows up to 88% savings compared to traditional databases thanks to their high availability design and scale-to-zero capabilities.
