Second service for new members

Hello.
I tried to create second service in my app, but I got informaction „You have reached the maximum number of instances of type free” Can you explain me why? I’m a new member and I noted I should have in Starter pack possible to create 16 services per App.

Hi @Filip_Szala :wave:
The instance of type Free does not fall within these limits. Every user can create only one Free instance globally. You can create up to 16 services per app and scale them using other instance types.
