How exactly starter plan is priced?

hi team i recently updagraged to starter plan and it says Starter Plan:

  • Cost: Free
  • Includes:
    • A free web service and free PostgreSQL database
    • Pay-per-use for additional resources, billed per second
  • Current Plan Details:
    • Seats: 3
    • Regions: All
    • Custom Domains: 10 (additional domains cost $0.20 per month)
    • Apps: 25
    • Services: 50
    • Maximum Allowed Memory: 50 GB across all services
    • Concurrent Builds: 1
    • Log Retention: 72 hours
    • Instances: Access to instances up to 3XLarge (32 GB RAM/24 vCPU)
    • Included Bandwidth: 100 GB (additional bandwidth costs $0.04 per GB/month)
    • Support: Basic
    • SLA: Not specified
    • SOC2 & ISO27001 Compliance: No

but i don’t see getting access to instances in my dashboard as mentioned in plan 3x large and how many services i can create with starter plan this is so confusion please mention and answer ,

As explained through customer support, the starter plan is a plan for which you pay per use. The instances don’t come for free (except the free instance). If you start a service on a 3Xlarge and run it for an entire month, you will be charged $343.

You can spin up 50 services. As you see, you have another limitation in place on the starter plan which is the maximum allowed memory. It is the total memory allowed to be used by your services. It should not go above 50GBs.

In practice, it means you can only start one 3XLarge instance in a Starter plan.
