Changelog Update #16 - New Node.js and Yarn versions, improved custom domain status and messages, new deployment guides, Google container registry and secrets improvements

Hi everyone!

This week’s changelog update includes support for new Node.js and Yarn versions, an improvement for custom domains, new deployment guides for Next.js and Nuxt, and control panel improvements! Read the full changelog update to discover our latest improvements:

  1. New Node.js and Yarn versions

We added support for the latest version of Node.js 20.1, Yarn 3.5.1, and 4.0.0-rc-43.

  2. Improved custom domain status and messages

Previously, the status and message displayed when configuring a custom domain didn’t report separately the status of CNAME record configuration and the status of the SSL certificate generation. We improved the message to help you better follow the status of your custom domain configuration.

  3. New Next.js and Nuxt deployment guides

We released new deployment guides to help you start deploying Next.js and Nuxt applications on the platform.

  4. Google container registry and secrets improvements

We have improved the configuration of GCP container registry secrets to provide users with more flexibility in choosing the registry host to use. Additionally, to prevent accidental deletion of secrets, you will now be prompted to enter the secret name before being able to delete them.

Thanks for reading, we’ll see you next week for another changelog update!
