I have subscribe to Pro plan last month .But now requirement chnage .
I want to opt for Starter plan .
But I am not able to downgrade .After clicking downgrade , I am getting following warning/error message –
Subscription update failure: When updating an existing subscription, billing_cycle_anchor must be either unset, ‘now’, or ‘unchanged’
Please fix the issue and downgrade my plan before the new billing cycle .
