Hello,
I want to upgrade from Starter to Pro, but the system does not allow me to.
The error I see is “Failed to update organization plan because of a pending update.”
Not sure what that update is about, but at the top of each page in my settings this warning is shown:
The provided payment details could not be processed. Please check your payment information in the billing portal to resolve the issue.
When visiting the billing portal, no anomalies there. We have been paying the Starter plan for a couple of months already without any issues.
Any ideas on how to proceed here?
