Request for Refund Due to Accidental Plan Change

Dear Koyeb Support Team,

Yesterday, we successfully upgraded to the PRO plan into koyeb. However, this morning, the plan was accidentally switched to the Scale plan. Since the Scale plan usage has been zero, and it’s reverted back to the PRO plan.

In light of this accidental change, I kindly request a refund for the amount charged for the Scale plan.

Also I have sent an email on support@koyeb.com, They are suggesting to me to share this on community form. This make no sense because this is public platform. Anyway take an look at this.
