Can you please clarify how the outbound bandwidth works? Is outbound bandwidth in response to requests for your services to your end-users, or is all outbound bandwidth including requests to datastores and 3rd party API’s?

Outbound traffic includes all traffic leaving your service so it would include the response to user request, and also the request to datastores and 3rd party tools.
