Your organization is being deactivated

My account is stuck at deactivating an organization for over a week now. I can’t update or upgrade anything because of this. Also I can’t upgrade account plan to starter. Nothing helps.

Gotta love the community support smh. No replies and no clue on how to solve this. No way to get in touch with support. Guess I will just move my business somewhere else.

Thank you. It worked for like a day and now I can’t even deploy any apps without getting exited with status code 1. I even upgraded to a paid plan. Nothing works. I deactivated my org and now it is stuck at deactivating yet again. My first impressions of this service is not good. Please deactivate my org so I can fully delete my Koyeb account and move on. Please and thank you. This service isn’t worth my frustrations.

I see you managed to deactivate and delete your organization. There is some delay in collecting the consumption before effectively deactivating the organization.

For exit code 1, feel free to send us more details about this. This is usually an issue with what you try to deploy, most likely configuration-related.
