I would like to delete my account but the delete button is inactive, despite I have no on-going organizations. Someone knows how to do that?

Hi @avkav,
I can see that you have active organization and services running on it.

You will not be able to delete your account if you are the only member of any organizations that are not eligible for deletion. Organizations are not eligible for deletion if they have unpaid invoices or running resources.

To delete your account, you must first delete all your organizations:

  1. Deactivate organization
  2. Delete organization
    Note: It is only possible to delete deactivated organizations that do not have unpaid invoices. If your organization has an unpaid invoice, you must settle the balance before you can delete the organization.
  3. If all organizations are deleted, you can delete your Koyeb account.
