Account / organisation blocked when upgrade to higher paid account

Hi,
My koyeb is suddenly blocked when I tried to upgrade for higher paid account.
I’ve submitted for validation.
How to quickly unblock ?
Why is it so ?

I’m stuck with no more access to my services.

Hi, this one was unblocked, but it happened the exact same into the second one I have.
Please can you explain why ? And unblock it ?
