Verification Request Loop & Account Suspension

I previously had a Koyeb account that I deleted when I was inactive. I recently tried to create a new account, but I’m now stuck in a verification loop. It says there’s already a request to verify, but the account has been suspended due to “patterns matching a violation of the Terms of Service.”

I believe this might be due to similarities with my earlier account. However, I wasn’t trying to bypass the system—I just wasn’t using the service before and wanted to try it again now for a personal project.

Could someone please help me resolve the verification issue or let me know if there’s any way to regain access or appeal the suspension?
