[Urgent] Accidental Data Deletion on Managed PostgreSQL (Starter Plan) - Recovery Assistance

Hello Koyeb Team and Community,

I am writing to request urgent assistance regarding an accidental data deletion that occurred on my Managed PostgreSQL database hosted on the Starter Plan.

Due to an error in a manual query, a significant amount of data was deleted from a production table. I am currently looking for ways to recover this data or restore the database to a point-in-time before the incident.

Here are the details of my setup:

  • Service Type: Managed PostgreSQL

  • Plan: Starter Plan

  • Region: Singapore

  • Approximate Time of Deletion: 2026-03-30 04:49:18.693 UTC

I have a few specific questions:

  1. Does the Starter Plan include any automated snapshots or system-level backups that can be restored by the Koyeb team?

  2. Is Point-in-Time Recovery (PITR) available for my instance, even if it requires a temporary upgrade to a higher plan?

  3. Are there any recommended steps I should take immediately to prevent the deleted rows from being overwritten (e.g., stopping certain maintenance tasks)?

I have already ceased all write operations to the database to minimize further data loss. Any guidance or intervention from the technical team would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your time and support.

Best regards,
newallcorp

Hey,

We can point in time at a specific date. Would 2026-03-30 04:48:00 UTC work for you?
