Unable to Change Email or Enable 2FA – Original Email Is No Longer Accessible

I need some help with my account email issue.(ljfwmg3@gmail.com)

When I registered my Koyeb account, I used an email address that has now been permanently deactivated by the provider.
Currently, I am still able to log in to app.koyeb.com successfully, but I can no longer:

  • receive verification codes

  • change my email address

  • enable two-factor authentication (2FA)

All security-related actions require email verification, which I cannot receive anymore because that mailbox no longer exists.

This puts my account in a risky and blocked state — I have access now, but I cannot improve security or update my contact email.

I would really appreciate it if a Koyeb administrator could help me:

  1. replace the registered email address with my new active email, or

  2. provide a safe manual process to recover and secure my account.

I can provide any necessary information to verify ownership of the account
