Unable to change email address in account

Hi, I need to change the email address on my account because the domain I entered does not receive any emails from koyeb due to firewall. When I enter the new email into the account page, I do receive an email asking me to confirm it, but when I follow the link in the confirmation page, I see an error saying that account is already confirmed, and the email address is never changed. Could you please change the email address on my account?
