Unable to add a team member to my organization. I have sent the request multiple times but each time the user clicks the link and is redirected into their Koyeb account we are getting invitation not found make sure you are authenticated with the account the invitation was sent to. I was able to join their organizations with no problems and they are receiving their koyeb invoices and emails to that same account already. Both are pro acount users.

When opening the invitation, are you logged in with the same email address that was used to send the invitation?
the user is logged in with github but there email as defined in the account settings is the email i am inviting them with.

Can you open a conversation in app using the widget available at the bottom right corner?
We will need you to share the email used in Github from the user, and the email used for the invitation. If they do not match exactly (it is case sensitive), it might be the cause of the problem.
Hi David I dont see an option to open a conversation directly in the widget are you able to send me a message their directly or can you email me so we can get this sorted.
