My new deployment is stuck at “Provisioning”. What could be the cause?

I am running in the US Washington, D.C region.
The builds are done in the fra region which is currently under heavy load. It may explain the latency to start the provisioning of your build.
I just checked your account and it seems that the build finally ran. We expect builds to be delayed or slower than usual, unfortunately.
We will update the incident when it is completely resolved, we are nearly there.
