cant cancel, re-deploy or stop deployments. how can i fix that?

I am facing the same issue, nothing is working. I can’t cancel or redeploy any instance. I tried pausing and resuming the service but nothing seems to work. Nothing is coming up in logs also.

Hey,

The platform is under heavy load since yesterday. This is probably why you’re seeing delays in provisionings and teardowns.
You should start to see improvements in the coming hours
