Hi Koyeb team,
Our service is wedged in PAUSING state and two deployments are stuck in CANCELING with the message “Deployment is being canceled. Hypervisor is
not finished with provisioning process.” Every lifecycle command we issue is blocked by this.

What we’ve tried (all via latest CLI):
- koyeb service redeploy fablebox-dev/fablebox-dev → 400: Can’t redeploy service as it’s not running
- koyeb service resume fablebox-dev/fablebox-dev → 400: Can’t resume service as it’s not paused (service is PAUSING, not PAUSED)
- koyeb deployment cancel 5a1b25de and f2a41a1a → CLI reports “canceled” but status remains CANCELING 15+ minutes later
- Dashboard pause/resume buttons are non-responsive
Impact: We can’t deploy, pause, or resume. No running instances. Production-adjacent dev environment is down.
Ask: Please force-release the hypervisor lock on service b9eeb050 so the pending cancels/pause can finalize, then we can redeploy. Happy to
provide any additional IDs or logs.
