I'm getting error while installing Github Koyeb app

I accidentally deleted Github Koyeb app from my Github app integrations. But I’m unable to install it. When I’m pressing install, it’s showing that unable to find the page error.

Koyeb periodically checks if the GitHub app is still installed, and if not, it should allow to reinstall it. Can you check if the problem is still occurring?
