I am a student learning automation. I recently created an account on Koyeb and hosted a Python script that Fetched data from MongoDB, Transformed it, and stored it in a different MongoDB collection.
I got a warning that said I needed to validate my identity, I entered my Twitter account link for cross-checking and entered the org name “student”, I thought entering that would help them understand my need.
Instead, the account got banned and I cannot even submit another validation form.
I want to delete this account as I don’t want a deactivated account linked to my primary email.
The Delete org or Delete account option is blurred out, it is unavailable.
When I try to Deactivate the organization it says this-
