This is to state that I have been asked to pay an amount of $1 to signup in koyeb and it said that it will immediately reimburse the fees. I paid the fees and signed up on 1st August, 2025, but till today I didn’t received the amount. $1 is an huge amount for me koyeb team, please look into this matter. Posted this earlier as well then was asked to wait for 7-21 days but it’s now around 26 days. Additional Info : I made the payment through debit card and had allowed all the international transactions and all that was required.

This is not in Koyeb’s control, we perform a $1 authorization at signup and cancel it in the same minute. Your bank is supposed to release the funds.
I suggest reaching out to your bank to understand what is their delay.
