Deploy my organization repository

Hi

I have a couple of applications that I used to deploy from a set of personnally-owned private github repositories.

I recently changed the repository ownership to an organization I own, and I now want to my apps to use these as the source.

I have the koyeb gh app installed on my personal account, but the repos do not show in the list for deployment sources now that they are owned by my org.

I tried installing Koyeb on my org from the gh app marketplace but I do not see the app in the list.

How can I access the new org’s repo from koyeb ?

Thanks in advance!

Hi @Emilien_Chauvet , have you tried this?

@Leonardo_Barcaroli yes, I checked that piece of doc.

I managed to fix on my side, but foer the record the trouble was with

Installing the Koyeb app in the GitHub organization of your choice

The issue was:

  • I migrated my repos from personal private to org private.
  • I couldn’t grant my koyeb account access to my org private repos in addition to perso repos
  • As a result, my org private repos remain invisible from my koyeb account

What I did:

  • uninstall koyeb app from personal gh.
  • Back to koyeb, click “install on gh”
  • Picked my org account for the install

If I understand correctly there is no way currently to access my perso AND org’s private repo from the same koyeb eg. have the same koyeb space installed on 2 separate gh workspaces. Correct ?

Hi,

there is no way currently to access my perso AND org’s private repo

This is correct, it’s a limitation for the Koyeb platform at the moment. Only one GitHub account can be linked to a Koyeb organization.
