I cannot connect to my database instance:

psql: error: connection to server at "ep-rapid-hat-56842750.us-east-1.aws.neon.tech" (44.207.148.149), port 5432 failed: ERROR:  Console request failed: endpoint is temporary unavailable. check your quotas and/or contact our support

I’ve used up the active hours, but does that means my data have been lost? How can I get back the data?

I saw that you have upgraded your instance to a large instance. Were you finally able to access your database after this change?

I also get the same error.

And I requested Large Instance access.
Please provide normal DB service quickly.

You should have access to the large instance so you can upgrade your current database instance. Please let us know if that is not the case.
