Card charged then immediately blocked. No response from Customer Service

I recently added a credit card (and was charged the $25 by Koyeb)

However I was immediately banned with the message “We cannot offer you access to Koyeb. Your account matches patterns often associated with violations of our Terms of Service”

I’ve requested via email for my: money to be refunded and my account closed (and card deleted of course). But there has been no response from Customer Support for 1 week. I’m desperate.

Am so frustrated with Koyeb - is anyone else dealing with this kind of a black hole?
