I deleted all Koyeb resources and canceled my account more than a month ago. However, I am still receiving billing emails. I attempted to reach out to support about this but received no response. I then had to create a fresh account just to use this form. This is extremely shady business practice, could someone please fix this immediately?

Sorry to hear about this. I see one account linked to the email address with which you used to post here. Is the first account, the one where you are still receiving billing emails, linked to another email?
