Unable to upgrade to starter plan

Hi, I’m on the hobby plan now and I’d like to upgrade to the Starter plan. However, after adding my card details, I got a http 500 error.

I have also tried removing all existing payment methods from the Manage Billing screen, and re-added the payment method (Stripe) but the result is the same.

I really want to try out Koyeb and would appreciate this issue could be resolved. Thanks.
