I’ve got a Free service instance that is getting traffic on the TCP proxy. I do not have HTTP ports configured. The service keeps going to deep sleep.
I’ve tried a different service with both TCP and HTTP and the services gets waken up by HTTP traffic, but TCP traffic is not considered.
Is that a known issue ? The docs states any traffic.

Scale to zero is not supported with TCP Proxy yet. We mistakenly allowed this to be configured, but what currently would happen is that your service will go to sleep and never wake up 
.
We are fixing the validation to make sure this doesn’t happen again, you should set your service to minimum scaling to 1 again.

Is scale to zero with TCP proxy on the roadmap and can be expected at some point ?
