I’ve been using a WhatsApp bot for 3 days just fine until yesterday when I used the command 3 times on a row, and now I think I’m suspended from using commands anymore. Is there a way to be unsuspended?

I see that you deleted your service and created a new one. So it seems all good on your side.
Note that we do not have such a thing as suspension of commands.
