Still getting 50x errors after resolved outage

Hello, I’m still getting 502 errors on my website maxim.mazurok.com (d0231cde-9b44-4077-9a1c-201ea2765fd7) since 5:56 AM 8 Aug, and it’s ongoing. I get it for some resources, while others load fine, seems random.

It was deployed to SF region, re-deploy didn’t help.

Re-deployed to Washington, D.C, seems even worse, getting an occasional 503, but mostly 502s

Upgrading from nano to micro on SF didn’t help, I’m kinda out of options, keep getting notifications from my monitoring that the site is down intermittently. Will try to move back to Heroku temporarily, but love your service guys! When it works :smiley:

Didn’t get a chance to move, support said “I believe a faulty load balancer caused it.” and it seems to be working fine now, cheers!
