I deleted my app approximately 15 mins ago and the instance has stopped but it has never been removed from my list of apps and services. Usually the app/service completely deletes itself within 5 mins. It still says I am using the same eco cpu when I try to create a new service, which is weird.
Can someone help me? What am I doing wrong?
