Multiple Healthy Deployments again

I re-deployed my container and now I have 6 instances running again instead of only 3.

1 Active deployment with 3 instances and 1 deployment in the history tab that didn’t stop. Shouldn’t this have been stopped? How can I stop it?

It fixed itself after 15 minutes.

on 01:29:36 PM the new deployment instances got created.
on 01:45:28 PM the old deployment instances stopped.

Is it normal for the stopping of the old deployment instances taking 15minutes?
