"Internal deployment error" on N300s instance

N300s deployment with the tt-vsc-tunnel image from GitHub - koyeb/tenstorrent-examples keeps failing for me. Logs:
Instance created. Preparing to start…

Internal deployment error. If the error persists, try to redeploy or contact us.

Instance stopped.

I have this often as well. I think it means there is currently no live instance to deploy on in their servers.

It is usually fixed when I pause the service and resume it again, perhaps that works for you too?

Are you certain it’s fixed?
I’m still getting the same error with a custom docker image…

It will repeat this 3 times and then shut down as unhealthy:
