I have an express API it does get started on port 3000 after that the logs shows “Instance is healthy. All health checks are passing”.
After sometime the deployment is unhealthy.

it did after many hours of downtime. Why a healthy deployment is down and there is no intimation through email about the down status and reason. It has happened two times in last 2 days with many hours of downtime

Another problem is sometimes it takes quite some time for a new deployment to start, like 30 minutes or less
