Hello Koyeb Team and Community, I am trying to complete the identity verification for the Free Tier to deploy a Discord Bot, but I keep encountering a technical error. **[The Problem]** When I try to use the camera tool for ID verification, I get the following error message: “Your device or browser is not supported. Please try a different browser or device.” **[My Details]** * **Device:** iPad (iPadOS Version [iPadOS 18.6.2 (22G100)]) * **Browser:** [Safari] * **Goal:** Successfully verify my ID (My Number Card - Japanese ID) to access the Always Free service. I am a student and cannot easily switch to a PC or another device right now. Could you please confirm if there is an **alternative verification method**? 1.
