Help: Account disabled

On signing in I am met with the following:

We cannot offer you access to Koyeb

Your account matches patterns often associated with violations of our Terms of Service

While we cannot provide details about the reason(s) triggering this behavior, we have determined that providing access to Koyeb is not possible

If you believe this is a bug, you can verify your identity

I have already tried to verify my identity. I’m locked out, and I can’t find customer support or contact information anywhere. Please help.

Exact thing happening to me. I’ve emailed koyab and they haven’t even replied to me. Company has horrible customer service, never using this platform again.

I sent an email to support@koyeb.com regarding my issue. It’s been about a month, but they finally responded with this:

“Apologies for the issue you faced here, our anti-abuse system is aggressive and misflaged your account.”

They have unlocked my account manually and everything is back to normal. Still, a month is a long time.
