We’ve developed three dashboards that run on Koyeb. We are having an issue where municipalities cannot access our products as they are being blocked by firewall providers (Fortinet) for “proxy avoidance”. It was advised that we reach out to you to better understand why koyeb is being blacklisted. Could you provide any information or insight into how this could be resolved?
Bad actors have previously used Koyeb for malicious purposes, which has likely caused some of Koyeb’s IP addresses to be blacklisted by FortiGuard. You (or someone from the Koyeb team, if you prefer) can request a rating re-evaluation here: https://www.fortiguard.com/faq/wfratingsubmit. You can also try using a custom domain, but because they’re filtering IPs that likely won’t make a difference (unless you’re using proxied access).
