Extra Support from PRO plan

Hello everyone, i had a problem with an error while running the server - unfortunatly nobody in the community could give me help.

I then purchased the PRO plan to see if it was any limit with the free one - but either with this plan the error is always the same.

Since there are not specific logs about the error, the python program works perfectly on the local server - i would like to reach the support to know about the error and see if it’s fixable and how.

How can i reach the support - not the community that could not responde to the issue - and fix the problem and keep being a PRO plan user?

I have loads of programs i’d like to upload but cant do that if the first one uplodaded is not working
