I keep receiving the following message during deployment: ‘Service degraded. The latest deployment […] did not complete successfully. The service continues to operate with the active deployment […].’ The deployment starts, takes about 15-20 seconds, then fails without showing a specific error in the logs. I experienced something similar last Friday, but everything worked fine on Saturday. However, today I’m consistently getting errors.

In the meantime, you may temporarily disable autoscaling. It should allow your next deployment to get through
