See, I deployed the same repo from my github the first and it went well, then I went to debug and changed an environment variable and saved without re-building, my whole deployment is now stuck at starting to “start”.
Build was fine, just starting the instance. Is there downtime or something?
Edit: after 30 minutes, the instance started working again.

From what I see, it took 4 min for the deployment to start, where 1,5 min was a build itself.
