I don’t want chat notifications, specifically transcripts or messages, cluttering up my email. I read them in the control app, why do I want to red them again ? If there’s valuable information, I make a note in my KB.
Koyeb should provide some options to turn off chat mail confirmations/notifications/transcripts. They are a pain in the arse.
And stop saying “is there anything else I can help you with” or “rate my conversation”. Waste of my time and attention.
