I’m trying to change my DB region
I click save. It shows saved successfully. But it doesn’t actually move the DB. I’ve waited several days and tried multiple times.

Moving a database to a different region is not currently possible, you’ll need to re-create it and move the data. We changed the UI to reflect this, the region is not editable anymore when editing a database.
