Account Suspension Alert

I’m getting the alert “We need more information to approve your account. Please verify your identity to prevent account suspension.” and have submitted my information. What else do you guys need to know I’m a real person? I’d like to know that it is a resolved.

I did the verification with a credit card and followed up here to get this resolved. You just tanked my demonstration with this suspension.

Don’t bother following up with any customer interaction here or with the response I did for the account to get verified. I will put a hold on the credit card to prevent any charge by your company. I have migrated to Digital Ocean and will be writing about the poor service. Koyeb just isn’t mature enough as a company to be depended on.
