When trying to submit the identity verification form, I encounter the following error:

“Form submission not accepted.
It looks like you have already filled out this form. To prevent duplicate entries, only one submission per respondent is permitted.”

It seems that my first submission attempt was not fully processed, and now I am unable to resubmit the form to complete the verification.

Observation:
I had to split my screenshots and explanations into multiple replies because, as a new user, I received the following error when trying to include more than one image in a post:

“An error occurred: Sorry, new users can only put one embedded media item in a post.”

Update:
The Koyeb team reached out to me by email and successfully reactivated my account.
