Account suspended and not able to reactivate it

Hi, my account got suspended due to non payment, post that I made the payment and yet I am not able to reactivate my account. I tried to clear my outstanding dues assuming it may cause issue and it is neither allowing me to pay the dues nor allowing me to reactivate the account.

What to do please help.

I just checked and I see a pending invoice of $4.86. You mentioned you are not allowed to pay it. Do you have a returned error to share?
