Unable to verify identity?

Hello guys,

after using koyeb PostgreSQL instance for a test run of my application for a month I first got the message that my limit has been exceeded. After that I wanted to check my account what exactly was the issue I got the message: “We cannot offer you access to Koyeb”.

I submitted a form in order to verify my identity last week, it was supposed to take 3 business days but I still have not received any message from the team.

Any suggestions please?

I can access my profile now fine, however, the database I was using seems to have been deleted?
By my activity timeline it doesn’t make much sense, is there any way to restore the data?

Unfortunately, the database was automatically deleted since your organization was deactivated for a couple of months.

But I using was the database during January just fine, it must have been deleted just recently, no more than 10 days, it says 2 months ago in the timeline

Our garbage collection system does not immediately delete the database. This is why you were able to use it. But now, it has ben deleted permanently.
