after using koyeb PostgreSQL instance for a test run of my application for a month I first got the message that my limit has been exceeded. After that I wanted to check my account what exactly was the issue I got the message: “We cannot offer you access to Koyeb”.
I submitted a form in order to verify my identity last week, it was supposed to take 3 business days but I still have not received any message from the team.
Any suggestions please?

I can access my profile now fine, however, the database I was using seems to have been deleted?
By my activity timeline it doesn’t make much sense, is there any way to restore the data?
But I using was the database during January just fine, it must have been deleted just recently, no more than 10 days, it says 2 months ago in the timeline
