Deactivate my organization

We want to deactivate our organization (assigned to my user) and it won’t deactivate. Can you unblock it so we can completely delete it?

Additionally, we can’t downgrade from the “PRO” plan to “STARTER” because it is in the process of being disabled but not yet completed.
